About the event
In partnership with the greater Wilson community, Susan G. Komen NC Triangle to the Coast will host Understanding Stage IV: A Luncheon on Metastatic Breast Cancer to provide individuals living with metastatic breast cancer (also known as thrivers), co-thrivers, providers and survivors the opportunity to learn more about metastatic breast cancer (MBC). The goal of the event is share more information about MBC and engage in open dialogue between Komen NC Triangle to the Coast, clinicians, survivors, and individuals living with MBC, while developing a passionate, informed, and supportive community in Wilson County, NC.
WHEN: June 13, 2019 from 11:15 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for registration and lunch buffet.
WHERE: Hardy Alumni Hall, Barton College – 700 Vance St NE, Wilson, NC 27893
COST: $5 per person. Scholarships are available.
LUNCH OPTIONS: Chicken or vegetarian.
